Afternoon TEA: The Green New Deal could cost you $700,000. For your and your loved ones’ sake learn how here.

Did you know?

Most recent proposals out of Washington D.C. to overhaul American energy policy come with astronomical price tags for American families and businesses. For example, according to the American Action Forum, the Green New Deal could cost an average American household nearly $700,000 over the next decade.

The Green New Deal’s overhaul of the U.S. electric grid alone could cost an average American household $39,000 by 2029. And, the changes it proposes to transportation could cost up to $20,000 per household during that time!

Many American families are struggling to stretch their budgets. Affordable, clean, American energy like natural gas is already helping to ease that burden. The last thing we need is higher energy bills because of half-baked, out-of-touch policies from Washington D.C.

We’d like to know. Do you oppose extreme policies like the Green New Deal that will cost you money and raise your bills?
