States, developers sue Trump administration over Revolution Wind stop-work order

PROVIDENCE – Rhode Island and Connecticut, as well as the developers of Revolution Wind, are suing the Trump administration over its order that stopped work on the 65-turbine offshore wind farm that’s already 80% complete.
