Revolution Wind moves to secure preliminary injunction against federal lease halt order

When the US Energy Department made the decision to halt numerous wind energy projects, it was clear that they were all bound to react the same way when it comes to managing the situation. As such, it cannot be overly surprising that they are all deciding to respond in 2026, especially considering that they are all intent on proceeding with the developments that were prematurely stopped. The next company to respond was Revolution Wind, which moved to secure a preliminary injunction against the federal lease halt order.
