Gas stoves head for the ballot in Washington state

When progressives began their campaign to ban gas stoves, they underestimated the political opposition. The latest taxpayer flex comes from Washington state, where supporters of an initiative to prevent the state from banning natural gas said Tuesday it has collected more than 400,000 signatures to put it on the November ballot.
