Trump halts New York wind project — as promised

Interior Secretary Doug Burgum on Wednesday ordered an immediate halt to work on a major wind development off the coast of New York, dealing a blow to an industry whose leaders had thought projects under construction would be safe from President Donald Trump’s push to limit offshore wind power.
