AGA winter outlook projects natural gas bills down 8 percent from 3 years ago

While it is expected to be a colder than average winter season in the United States, natural gas bills are projected to be 8 percent lower than the higher prices of three years ago, according to the American Gas Association’s Winter Heating Outlook.
