Missouri can’t shut down ‘nation’s largest’ clean energy project, regulators confirm

MISSOURI, USA — Despite an effort by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey to shut down the “nation’s largest” clean energy project, state utility regulators recently said they have no authority to stop the project.
