Nebraska attorney general files lawsuit against OPPD for plan to transition coal plant to natural gas

OMAHA, Neb. — Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers is filing a lawsuit against the Omaha Public Power District for its plan to transition a plant from coal to natural gas.
