‘No time to waste’: RI, Conn. seek permission to restart construction on Revolution Wind

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Rhode Island and Connecticut are seeking a preliminary injunction against a stop-work order that brought construction on Revolution Wind to a screeching halt last month.
