WASHINGTON, May 21 (Reuters) – The Trump administration intends to delay compliance with two Biden-era rules governing refrigerants as part of a broader effort to unwind the former president’s ‌environmental agenda, Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin said on Thursday.
