US judge to rule Thursday on Equinor challenge to Trump offshore wind pause

Jan 14 (Reuters) – A U.S. judge will rule on Thursday on whether to allow Norwegian offshore wind developer Equinor to resume construction of the Empire Wind project off the coast of New York in a lawsuit over the Trump administration’s suspension of the industry.
