AFTERNOON TEA
Your VOTE directly affects your WALLET
On Tuesday November 5th, America will go to the polls in an extremely close and important election. We’ve spent a lot of time here telling you why the Bidenomics that have now become Kamalanomics are wrong for America—especially when it comes to setting a common-sense agenda for affordable, reliable and clean energy security.
The last four years of short-sighted policies attacking traditional American energy producers while giving taxpayer-subsidized handouts to so-call “green” energy have cost American families and businesses so much—literally.
- Gas prices skyrocketed for much of the Biden/Harris administration topping out at nearly $5/gallon for many Americans.
- Recently, a regional transmission organization that coordinates the movement of wholesale electricity in all or parts of 13 states and the District of Columbia, announced a shocking price increase of more than 800% coming for its customers in 2025-26.
- And, those spiking energy costs have driven inflation on other goods and services. Since this time in 2020, the average cost of groceries has increased by 21 percent. That means that $150 worth of groceries now costs American families $182.
The choices are clear. On one hand, Kamala Harris has been part of one of the costliest administrations to ever lead the United States. And, historically, she has supported policies like the Green New Deal which are even more extreme than what we’ve seen from the current White House.
On the other hand, the first Trump Administration supported policies that encouraged American energy production, which kept prices affordable for American families and kept us safe as a nation. And, as one of the top priorities of his next term, he has promised to focus on significantly cutting current energy prices.
American families quite simply cannot afford another four years of policies that drive up costs on energy and necessities and chip away at their household budgets. We’ve already paid too much. When we vote tomorrow, we must vote for America’s affordable, reliable, clean and secure energy future.
