“The American energy renaissance has made energy cheaper and more affordable to all Americans, while also securing our independence and leadership on the world stage,” said Republican Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA).  “America’s abundance of natural gas keeps the lights on, lowers costs for consumers, and drives our economy. Radical energy policies only threaten the livelihoods of millions of workers and deny affordable energy to millions more.
